Tattooing since 1992, Frank has built a career rooted in experience, dedication, and respect for the craft. After starting in South Jersey, he was hand-picked by Philadelphia Eddie in 1996 to join his Atlantic City shop, eventually settling into the iconic South Street location—where Frank has been tattooing for nearly three decades.

Along the way, he’s worked side by side with tattoo legends including Tommy Napp and Jerry Reds, experiences that helped shape his style and approach.

Frank believes no tattoo is too big or too small and brings a steady hand, real experience, and an easy sense of humor to every session.
